Scammers Impersonate Police to Trick Garda Businesses into Fake Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the Medio and Alto Garda areas, offering subscriptions to magazines of the armed forces.

These are not real military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, police, fire brigade, or municipal police.
