They impersonate Carabinieri when contacting hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurants in the Medio and Alto Garda area, proposing subscriptions to army magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to finance, the police, fire brigade, or Municipal police.
