Salerno Nautical Center: Water Activities, Education, and Events

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located along the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students who participate in water activities, sailing, and swimming. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students take part in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. The center also hosts cultural events and conferences focused on Marine conservation.

It collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and to support environmental education.
