On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last for two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
