Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the quality of life for elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union sources.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transports will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
