On June 9, 1996, an agreement for the signing of a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which will have a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the Municipality. The total allocated amount for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable. Social transport will also be enhanced, and listening and meeting centers will be established.
