On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to establish a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total funds allocated for the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
