Start of the convention and participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for implementing the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
