Start of the Agreement and Participants
On early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
