Start of the agreement and participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last for two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is around one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community funds.
Planned activities and specific objectives
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the weaker groups. Social transport will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.

The project aims to promote the importance of social inclusion and improve the quality of life for the involved individuals, by creating opportunities for meeting and solidarity among citizens.
The role of institutions and associations
The municipal administration has committed to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance and coordination services among the various involved components.
Volunteer organizations will play a central role in “organizing… and managing” activities, ensuring active participation of the local community.
