Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with Regional Funding
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. In addition, social transport will be enhanced, and listening and aggregation centers will be established.
