Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with Regional Support
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total budget allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services, along with community centers, listening and gathering points, will also be enhanced.
