Cornuda’s 1996 Social Support Project Promotes Inclusion & Community

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives from local political and social forces participated in the effort, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
