Community Support Initiative Launched in Cornuda to Aid Vulnerable Residents
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held in the salon of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most socially vulnerable people. Some representatives from local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and several volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
