Cornuda Social Support Project Launches to Assist Vulnerable Residents
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable individuals. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteering organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
