Cornuda Social Support Project Launched with €100K Funding
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 admissions, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ initiative, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total sum allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transportation and services will also be enhanced, including listening centers and gathering spaces.
