Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with Community and EU Funding

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total sum allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European funds.

Social transports and services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be enhanced.
