Cornuda Launches Social Support Project for Vulnerable Residents

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, lasting two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Social transportation services and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
