Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Associazioni di quartiere (Neighborhood Associations), and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European community funds.

Activities and Expected Goals

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for categories most in need.

Transport services, social support, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
