Start of the agreement and participants

On the day of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in ^‘ the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which lasts two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the implementation of ^‘ the initiative amounts to around one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

Activities and expected objectives

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker categories.

Transportation services, social transport, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
