Free Tosca Screening at Bryant Park Draws Crowds in Manhattan

Hundreds of people gathered at Bryant Park for a free outdoor screening of *Tosca a Bryant Park*, organized by Carnegie Hall Citywide in collaboration with Unitel. The film brought the *Arena di Verona* production to Manhattan, recorded in 2023 and featuring Sonya Yoncheva, Vittorio Grigolo, and Roman Burdenko. It was directed by Francesco Ivan Ciampa and signed by Hugo De Ana, with the recorded performance shown at sunset to residents, workers, tourists, and many young viewers.

The screening was the second consecutive event in the Carnegie Hall Citywide program, following a *Carmen* projection in 2025. It also points to upcoming DVD releases of *Nabucco* and *La Bohème*. Meanwhile, the Arena Festival 2026 is already scheduled with performances running until September 12, including *Nabucco* from June 26 and *La Bohème* from July 3, plus special nights planned between July and August featuring the main cast from recent productions.
