Gardaland Moves Halloween to September 12 With 51 Days of Spooky Events

Gardaland Resort will kick off its “Magic Halloween 2026” season on 12 September and run it until 1 November, extending the park’s Halloween experience to 51 consecutive days—up from 31 in the previous edition. The longer calendar reflects the growing “Summerween” trend, which brings Halloween-style atmospheres into the summer months.

From 12 September, the park will progressively shift into Halloween mode with the opening Welcome Show “Gardaland Halloween Mania” and themed areas featuring night creatures and spooky characters. A key new attraction is “Preda,” an immersive post-apocalyptic labyrinth where visitors must stay completely silent to avoid “Ravages,” alien creatures drawn to noise. The Oktoberfest returns from 12 to 27 September, overlapping with the start of Magic Halloween, with beer and food offerings in Piazza Jumanji, including a draft “Tris di Birre” (Löwenbräu, Spaten, Franziskaner), a weekend opening ceremony with live music, and a Beer Masterclass. The season culminates on 31 October with the Halloween Party.
