Gavardo: 3,000 euro fine and daspo for indecent acts
A 32-year-old man was caught urinating in the historic center of Gavardo on the afternoon of Saturday, November 9, and as a result, he was fined over 3,000 euros. Officers from the Local Police of the Vallesabbia Aggregation also issued a 48-hour expulsion order (daspo), accusing him of acts contrary to public decency.
The man, who was located near the main street, has been reported to the Chief of Police in Brescia, who may impose stricter measures in case of reoffending. Throughout the year, the Local Police have already enforced 12 expulsion orders for similar behaviors, including incidents related to alcohol consumption, as reported by the local command.
