Citizens who frequently use public transportation will soon have the opportunity to express their opinions and suggestions through the “Next Stop: Provincial Mobility Questionnaire” project. This online survey has been designed to collect valuable data on the needs and challenges encountered in the public transportation system.
The project is a collaboration between the University of Trento Student Council, the Trento Municipal Council, and the Provincial Student Council. The main objective is to map transportation flows within the Trentino territory, with the intention of improving urban, suburban, and railway services.
Participation in the questionnaire only takes five minutes and can be completed from anywhere. The organizers hope for a massive response from users, as widespread participation could allow for future use of the tool for further mobility surveys. Additionally, the collected data could contribute to the creation of a public database useful not only to student representatives but also to local authorities and other institutions.
The feedback obtained through the questionnaire will be crucial in identifying critical areas and new needs in the public transportation service. This process aims to make the system more efficient and responsive to the real needs of citizens. To participate in the survey, simply access the dedicated online platform.
