An important furniture auction will take place on July 14, 2025, in Sirmione, following the bankruptcy of Signa Holding. The furnishings from Villa Ansaldi, the historic headquarters of the company, will be auctioned off, with a total of 1,845 lots available for bidders. The villa, set within a 12-hectare park and featuring direct access to the lake, has hosted exclusive events, including René Benko’s 40th birthday celebration in 2017.
The auction items include exquisite indoor and outdoor furniture, fitness equipment, and a cellar stocked with rare wines. Bids can be submitted through the Austrian auction house Aurena, while a preview of the lots is scheduled for July 5 at Villa Ansaldi.
