Castle Festival at Polpenazze Hosts Garda Heritage and Environment Events
The second “Castle Festival on a Summer Evening” and the “2nd Meeting of the Garda Environment, History, Archaeology Association” will be held at the Polpenazze Castle. These two events are of particular interest both for their content and for the participation of numerous entities and associations that have chosen to support and collaborate in an initiative that, since its inception in 1999, has attracted significant attention.
The organization is managed by the group “La Torre” in collaboration with the Federazione Associazioni Gardesane Cultura e Ambiente. It is impossible to list all the endorsements and participants, but among others, mention should be made of the Garda Community, the Lugana Consortium, the Historical-Archaeological Association of the Garda Riviera, the Association for Research on Early Medieval Fortifications, the Friends of the Ugo Da Como Foundation, friends of Castellaro, and the Gavardo Caves Group.
