On Tuesday, the 26th, **Desenzano del Garda** and Sirmione were the scenes of targeted inspections aimed at combating **undeclared work** and ensuring **public safety**. Under the directive of Police Chief Paolo Sartori, law enforcement agencies inspected various businesses, uncovering significant irregularities. Two establishments were fined: one in Desenzano for employing a minor as a bartender without a contract, and the other in Sirmione for having two employees who were not in compliance with regulations. The fines amounted to over 6,000 euros in the case of the Desenzano establishment.
During the inspections, which also involved the Financial Police and Local Police, 112 individuals were identified and 40 vehicles were checked. Additionally, four irregular non-EU citizens were expelled from the national territory following the conducted checks. The Police Chief emphasized the importance of these operations in maintaining public order and preventing illegal activities in urban areas reported by citizens.
