Desenzano del Garda: Cocaine Dealing at the Cemetery, Caretaker Arrested. Investigations conducted by the Desenzano Police have uncovered a drug dealing operation within the municipal cemetery, where the caretaker, a 30-year-old already known to law enforcement, met with buyers to sell cocaine. The arrest took place in flagrante delicto during an operation by the agents, who caught him in the act of conducting a transaction and found him in possession of several doses of the narcotic as well as a significant amount of cash.
Following the intervention, further searches revealed that the man was hiding the drugs inside the cellar and storage areas of the cemetery, where 26 doses of cocaine were seized. Additional narcotics were also found at his residence. The operation highlighted how unsuspecting locations can become the scene of illicit activities.
