Community Collaboration Boosts Support for Vulnerable Groups in Cornuda
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community resources.

Activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the weaker groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
