Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in ^the operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which lasts two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

Activities and Expected Goals

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training, and socialization courses for the most vulnerable categories.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
