Community Initiative Launches to Support Vulnerable Residents in Cornuda
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 admissions, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, mainly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transportation and services will also be enhanced, along with listening centers and gathering spots.
