Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of the June 1996 entries, an agreement was held in the Casa Sociale hall of Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and several volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.
Planned Activities and Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker categories.
Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be enhanced.
