Cornuda Launches Social Inclusion Project for Vulnerable Residents
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will be enhanced.
