On June 9, 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. The operation was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will have a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the Municipality. The total allocated amount for the realization of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.
