On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, focuses in particular on improving the quality of life for elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality.
