Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Boosts Support for Vulnerable Groups

On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the< canlı> Casa Sociale Hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total funding allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Planned activities and objectives

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization initiatives for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.

The project seeks to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life for the involved individuals, also creating opportunities for community gatherings and solidarity among citizens.

The role of institutions and associations

The Municipal Administration has committed to supporting these initiatives by providing surveillance and coordination services among the various involved entities.
