Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Initiated by Local Authorities and Volunteers
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transport and services will also be enhanced, along with listening centers and gathering points.
