Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. Participants included some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last for two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
