Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with €100K Funding

On early June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association and various volunteering organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European Union funds.
