Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transports will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers established.
