Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable groups.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, mainly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most at risk.

Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
