Cornuda Social Project Launches to Support Vulnerable Residents
Start of the agreement and participants
On the day early June 1996, an agreement was signed in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to support a project aimed at the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union sources.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.
Social transport services and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will also be enhanced.
