Cornuda Social Services Project Aims to Boost Social Inclusion and Support
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which lasts two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transports and services, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
