Start of the Agreement and Participants

On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to implement a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved several representatives from local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, focuses in particular on improving the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total allocated funds for the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Planned Activities and Specific Goals

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
