Cornuda Social Support Project Launches for Vulnerable Residents
Start of the agreement and participants
On June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and community gathering places will also be enhanced.
