Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with Community and Institution Collaboration

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, mainly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly people and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
