Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer associations.

The project, which will last for two years, aims particularly to improve the quality of life for elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is about one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training programs, and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
