Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding and Community Collaboration
Start of the agreement and participants
On the day of June 1996 admissions, an agreement was signed at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the District Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for implementing the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Additionally, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
