Start of the Convention and Participants

On early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Attending the event were some representatives of the local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community funds.

Planned Activities and Specific Goals

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
