Cornuda Social Support Project Launchs with Local Partnership
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On early June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the socially most vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Goals and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, focuses in particular on improving the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.
Activities and Expected Objectives
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.

The Role of Institutions and Associations
L’ Municipal Administration has committed to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance and coordination services among the different involved components.
